Hey guys …. I’m Charles Yates, Marketing Rep here at Heritage Title. My job requires me to travel around the state meeting with clients and seeking new business. Working in public relations is extremely exciting and there is always something new going on! My passion is to find creative ways with technology to market and utilize our company’s great assets to better provide you with the service you deserve.

My background is computer technology which gave me my first taste of customer service.  Also, I hold a real estate license and understand the value of a good title company in consummating a deal.  This led me to a new career as Marketing Rep which began in St. Pete, Florida, in 2006.  Now, with Heritage Title, I am able to show our customers and the public the future of the title industry with our service and technology. Hi, my name is Cheryl Beaty and I hail from the great State of North Carolina!  I am excited to be a part of the Heritage team!  Little did I know that I would fall in love with the State of Florida and the title industry when we moved here to be near my husband’s family.   After many years in the mortgage lending business, it was time to expand my horizon and learn the title end of real estate.  Having been trained in marketing and closing by some of the “Best” in the industry and with my God given ability to work with people, this is a great fit for me with Heritage Title.  I am looking forward to the opportunity of working with you!!!  Feel free to call anytime! My name is Annabell Bailey and I live in Ocklawaha.   A big HELLO to all my friends in Marion County! 

As a Title Agent with a background in mortgage processing and years of customer service under my belt, it was exciting to partner up with a company that shares the same philosophy of providing “old fashioned service”.  This service includes mobile closings to accommodate you and your customers.

My husband Bobby and I have 4 very active children which keeps us busy.  Somewhere in between all their activities, I manage to enjoy some music and read.
